UQLab v.1.1 now available

5 July 2018

The new version v1.1 of UQLab was published on July 5, 2018. This new release contains new metamodelling tools (support vector machines for classification and regression) and UQLink, a universal wrapper that allow a seamless connection of third-party software to UQLab.

UQLab 1000th user

Geoffrey Lossa Unen (University of Mons, Belgium) registered this week as UQLab’s 1000th user since the first public release on July 1st, 2015. Geoffrey works on the design and modelling of wound magnetic components. He plans to apply polynomial chaos expansions to assess the uncertainty in the RLC parameters of wound inductors computed through finite element analysis.
